Old Boys Association

🔊

The Old Boys Association (OBA) of Isipathana College, founded in 1964, serves as the official alumni network for the school’s past students. From its inception, the OBA has played a vital role in supporting the growth, development, and continued excellence of the college.

One of the association’s primary objectives is fundraising. The OBA generates financial resources that are channeled into a variety of development projects, including infrastructure expansion, renovation of existing facilities, scholarships for deserving students, and support for extracurricular programs. Over the years, the OBA has overseen the construction of new buildings, upgrades to sports and recreational amenities, and enhancements to learning spaces, ensuring that Isipathana College continues to provide a modern and nurturing environment for its students.

Beyond financial contributions, the OBA is also a hub for mentorship, networking, and cultural promotion. Alumni actively engage with current students, sharing knowledge, guidance, and professional experience to help shape the next generation of Pathanians.

Overall, the OBA remains a cornerstone of Isipathana College, its dedication and ongoing efforts ensuring that the school not only preserves its rich traditions but also evolves to meet the challenges of the future. Through their support, the OBA continues to enhance both the educational and co-curricular experience of students, leaving a lasting impact on the college community.
