Senior investigation officer, Mr.Lanka Dikkumbura has appointed as the Head of Hambanthota District of Consumer Affairs Authority, and He had appointed as the In charge of Special Raids Unit.Mr.Dikkumbura serving as the Secretary of all Island Investigation Officers Association from the beginning of that association. He had as the Sargeant of the school Cadet platoon in year 2000.
