Isipathana rugby first rugby coach of 1963/1964 Mr Y.C.Chang has passed away today morning .he is an old boy of trinity college played rugby for Kandy lake club .Kandy sports club .CH& FC as a player captain in 1972 and coach of CH Rugby and president of gymkhana club .he was also president of Havelocks sports club and coach of the Havelocks rugby team .Sri Lanka rugby national coach .selector and President of Sri Lanka rugby and committee member Asia rugby in the early 90 s he is a life member of Sri Lanka rugby .
